Appointments

We request that clients make all appointments a minimum of 72 hours in advance. 

Walk-in appointments can be accommodated based on availability.  We reserve the right to discontinue and/or deny any service to any client due to unacceptable behavior or by omitting information on the client consent form.  Clients 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cancellation/Change Policy

We have a minimum of 48 hours Cancellation/Change Policy for all spa services. Cancellations & Changes made 24-48 hours prior to the appointment time, will be charged  25% of the Service fee as a Cancellation fee. The client will be charged full price for any no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.  Changes made less then 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time will not be honored without penalty.  Appointments made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time, will be subject to the same policies.  All appointments require a credit card authorization to schedule. Groups, Holiday's and other day's deemed necessary by Sun Mountain Spa will have an increased cancellation policy time frame, Notification will be given upon reservation.

Gratuities

Gratuity is not added on to the service. We respect the clients' satisfaction for each service and gratuity is left at your discretion.


What should I bring

We suggest that you leave your valuables at home.  Sun Mountain Spa is not liable for lost or stolen items. We also recommend that you wear comfortable clothing.

Your Service

Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to appointment.

All Spa Services will end on time. In order for you to benefit your full scheduled service, please check in at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.  After filling out an intake form you will be escorted to your Service.  Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience. You are welcome to enjoy some time in our relaxation room before and after your service. 

Please turn off all cell phones or pagers prior to arrival at the spa. We ensure high-quality service and strive to create a relaxing and peaceful stay.

No personal checks accepted

 No Cash Refunds will be given. Any returns of products or boutique items, must be unopened and in original packaging.  Refunds will be given with store credit.
